But travel with kids can be difficult, tiring, and downright frustrating. Sleep schedules are upended, naps are skipped, and tantrums are not unusual… How do we survive showing our kids the world while keeping our own sanity?

Parent Affinity Host:

Abi Cavazos is an International Education professional who has worked in higher education for over 20 years. She began working in the study abroad field in 2012, and has served in various capacities at a variety of institutions during the past 10 years. She is also a mom to a 12-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son. She has navigated issues such as work/life balance, stages of grief with kids, and ‘mom guilt’ of being a working parent. In her current role, Abi serves as Associate Director for Study Abroad at Siena College outside of Albany, NY.
