The League is delighted to launch a new affinity group just for Established Leaders, co-facilitated by our colleagues Amy Conger, Martha Johnson and Margaret McCullers.
Leadership can be lonely. What does it look like as we enter the later stages of our careers? After experience and position have been established, what do we want our work and life to be in the years before we retire?
Join us to consider some of our shared challenges and explore new strategies and skills for success–from high-level oversight and advocacy for our organizations to financial responsibilities, coaching and cultivating productive work environments.
Our kick-off meeting will focus on hearing from attendees on the most pressing topics to develop a schedule for the next year. If you cannot attend this June session, we look forward to seeing you at a future gathering.
