What story do you tell yourself—and what would it look like to change it?

The stories we tell ourselves influence how we interpret events, make decisions, relate to others, and imagine what's possible. Some stories energize us. Others may have once protected us but now hold us back. These stories we repeat become the lenses through which we see ourselves and our lives, yet they are not fixed.

Join us to identify and consider one story you tell yourself, either personal or professional. Participants will have ample time in individual reflection and writing so please come prepared with paper/pen/keyboard at hand to gain:

  • Insight into the narratives shaping your energy and decision

  • A renewed sense of momentum, purpose and possibility

  • Permission to release old narratives and embrace a more empowering one
