This session dives into the missing manual of management and supervision in international education. While we are often promoted for our high performance as individual contributors, the shift to supervisor is one of the most demanding transitions one can make, especially when we don’t receive formal training. Our seasoned panelists will share how they navigate being a manager, including generational differences, team dynamics, and organizational change. We will explore real-world practices and scenarios applicable to both newer managers and seasoned leaders looking to refine their craft.

Participants will walk away with field-tested tips and answers to your priority questions.
