Whether you're preparing for travel, balancing traditions, managing expectations, or simply trying to make the season a little less stressful, this session offers a welcoming space to connect. We will have open discussion, share experiences, exchange strategies, and provide thoughtful feedback and support as we navigate the holiday season together.
